The History of Syokimau Land

Syokimau is a community built over decades through investment, trust and settlement.
Originally, large portions of land in Syokimau were owned and managed under a company known as Syokimau Farm Limited (SFL). This company facilitated the subdivision and sale of land to individuals, many of whom became the first residents of what is now a thriving residential area. Over time:

• Land was sold to buyers
• Buyers took possession
• Families built homes, businesses and livelihoods

For many residents, this land is home, built through years of commitment and development.
